Q11. If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire, an inexperienced worker on a lower salary or an experienced worker on higher salary?

 

A. That's really tough question. But, I've been working for recrutitment for over 3years.

So, I tell you based on my experience that I worked my position.

 

That's really simple. Because It's depends on the situation. What position do we have to require this time? But, These days after COVID-19 virus, most of cases, Descision matter who is interview applicant would rather hire experienced worker on a higher salary.

 

*decision matter = 의사결정자(decision-maker)

 

First, an experienced worker does have enough experience, so s/he knows that working togerther as a team to solve problem easily. Teamwork can speed up the working efficiency.

 

Second, I believe in the expression : "You can be an expert same field If you have been working for over 3years". It means s/he can be work immedately with short-time more than 1 person unexperienced worker. That's more effective and reasonable.

 

Last, hire 1 experienced workers get high-performonce than 2 unexpereinced workers statistically. That results economic expense for the company within limted resources.

Also, unexperienced workers are good. Nevertheless I'd rather hire experienced workers at my company any position.

1. they are sit for specific job.

2. s/he knows how to work together with his/her team.

3. There's something I need to get off my chest. = 너한테 고민을 털어놓을게 있어. (get off my chest = 고민을 털어 놓다, 불만을 털어 놓다).

 * There's something I need to~ : 내가 ~해야 하는 뭔가가 있어

4. The flavor is bizarre. = 맛이 이상해! (bizarre = 기이한, 특이한 비져ㄹ)
