There are standing beside the car marked FCEV(Fuel cell electic Vehicle). 
Maybe I think that brand-new car presentation party be held by automobile company.
 

Secondly, Everyone in the picture is looking off to one direction in front of the car bonnet , 
but I can't catch that exactly what they are looking at. They might be listening about the car spec.
because It seems like they are focusing on man who is located center of the picture wearing black suit apperance from behind.
