Q10. Good morning. My name is Jason Francis and I’m calling about the reservation I made to see Macbeth on Friday night. The tickets have just arrived in the mail but they are completely wrong. As I said, my reservation was for the Friday showing and I booked four VIP box seats. The tickets you sent me are for Saturday and they are just regular seats. The only thing you got right was the name of the show. I have made plans to attend the Friday night showing of Macbeth with clients and I fully expect you to deliver the tickets I paid for as soon as possible.
